At COMY WOW, we ensure that all our products are 100% authentic and go through strict quality checks before shipping.
We recommend performing a patch test before using any cosmetic product.
🔁 Returns & Replacement Policy
We offer an easy return policy under the following conditions:
- Return/Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Applicable only in case of:
- Damaged product
- Missing item
- Wrong product delivered
📌 Unboxing video is mandatory for all return/replacement requests
📌 How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team within 48 hours
- Share:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Product images + packaging images or unboxing video
- Our team will arrange pickup within 2–4 business days
- Refund/Replacement will be processed after product inspection
⚠️ Important Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All labels, tags, and boxes must be intact
- Freebies (if any) must also be returned
❌ Returns Not Accepted If:
- Product is used or damaged due to misuse
- Seal is broken or packaging is missing
- Request raised after 48 hours
- Change of mind (not liked / not needed)
- Products from sale/clearance (unless defective)
- Combo/kit items (only full set can be returned)
💸 Refund Policy
- Refund is processed within 7–10 working days after product is received and verified
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
For COD Orders:
- Refund will be done via Bank Transfer / UPI
📌 Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing order
- Cancellation is not possible once the order is shipped
Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 24–48 hours
🎁 Freebies Terms
- Free gifts are subject to availability
- No return/replacement on freebies
- Must be returned with main product if applicable
